FRANKLIN — See of the top local performers in the region and vote for your faves in the “Who Wants to be a Star” talent competition at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at the Smoky Mountain Center for Performing Arts.
Finalists for the talent show were narrowed down from video submissions to determine who would perform on stage. Scoring will be based upon 50% audience votes and 50% guest judges votes. The top performer will win $500.
