Asheville’s Jewish Food & Heritage Festival is Oct. 13
The HardLox Jewish Food and Heritage Festival will take place on Sunday, Oct. 13 at Pack Square, downtown Asheville from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.
The theme of this year’s festival is Peace, Love & a Schemer
This 16th annual event is hosted by Congregation Beth HaTephila in Asheville and co-sponsored by the City of Asheville.
The event is free and open to the public. Over 20 mouth-watering traditional homemade Jewish foods are offered for sale.
Entertainment includes Israeli dancing, a Klezmer band, singing and Jewish musical groups for all ages. Many Jewish and community non-profit booths provide interactive educational opportunities to learn about Jewish heritage and culture in Western North Carolina.
