The Arboretum's 'Fairy Friday' for children

PUT ON WINGS — The North Carolina Arboretum will host 'Fairy Friday' July 19 — a special event for children.

Grab your wings and come explore the magic of The NC Arboretum from 1– 5 p.m. Friday, July 19, for the first Fairy Friday.

This outdoor event for children includes crafts, fairy house building, a bubble dance party, face painting, themed storytelling, a fairy parade and live bluegrass music. 

Parking charges apply to non-members, but the event is free. Wing your way over. Find the fairy fun between the Heritage Garden, amphitheater and Playing Woods.
