Celebrate backcountry mountain living and moonshine at the Hillbilly Jam down in the holler in Maggie Valley at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains.

It features a big line-up of mostly country and rock music, down-home vittles, arts and crafts, cornhole games, car and motorcycle show, and celebrity moonshiners.

Starting out with some pre-party karaoke, Hillbilly Winter Jam will be at the Maggie Valley Inn Conference Center, 70 Soco Road, Maggie Valley, on Thursday, Feb. 25.

On Friday, Feb. 26, enjoy live music at Rendezvous Restaurant next to the Maggie Valley Inn. There will be food, drinks and everyone is invited to party with the Moonshiner's who will be staying at Maggie Valley Inn.

Those interested in staying at the Inn can mention "Hillbilly Winter Jam" and receive a reduced price of $99 per night. Everything in the hotel is brand new.

On Saturday Feb. 27, the moonshiners event will take place at Elevated Mountain Distillery featuring a meet and greet with moonshiners and master distillers from 1-4 p.m. The guests will all be set up outside to prevent crowding.

The traditional Hillbilly Jam has been scheduled for July 22-24 at the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, so mark your calendars.
