MAGGIE VALLEY — The annual Thunder in the Smokies spring motorcycle rally will roll into the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds April 30-May 2.
Along with the camaraderie of fellow bike enthusiasts, the festival will have live bands, bike vendors, bike contests, a bike show and group rides on WNC’s scenic roads. A perennial crowd favorite is the belly-splitting hilarious bike games with $1,000 in cash prizes, happening from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Saturday.
Thunder in the Smokies is put on by Handlebar Corral. It’s the oldest and largest bike rally in the Smokies brings thousands of bikers to Maggie for its spring, summer and fall rallies.
