Among the 5+ choices is Sierra Nevada’s 5th annual Oktoberfest collaboration beer, a partnership with Germany’s 200-year-old Bitburger Brewery. Sierra Nevada brewed Oktoberfest with Bitburger’s custom yeast and secret hop blend called Siegelhopfen, meaning “Sealed Hops” — two house ingredients never shared outside their walls until now. It’s a festbier with rich amber color and smooth malty flavor.
Included with the admission ticket is a contemporary German feast, available from 5 - 8 p.m., created by the Sierra Nevada Taproom. Other snacks that require additional beer/snack tickets (e.g., soft pretzels and dessert) have a 10 p.m. cutoff.
Turkuaz: Energetic splashes of funk, alternative, rock, R&B, and psychedelia color the music of Turkuaz. Balancing male-female harmonies, strutting guitars, wild horn arrangements, and interminable grooves, this spirit takes shape in the color donned by each respective member on stage nightly via larger-than-life performances.
The Business: The Business is an experience, specifically designed to take audiences to a party fantasy land. Professionalism, unparalleled musical talent, classic songs and engaging performances all work together to deliver on that purpose.
The Polka Brothers: The Polka Brothers are a four-man band of young polka lovers, out to spread the joy of polka, one wild party at a time. They’re a well-oiled polka machine, boasting a fearless repertoire that includes classic polka favorites, pop and rock gone polka (the likes of Aerosmith, Weezer, Lady Gaga, and The Rolling Stones), and originals.
