Taste of Local Food

Everyone is invited to Taste of Local Food Event to enjoy sampling delicious food from local restaurants, a silent auction, and a chance to win fabulous door prizes such as a gift certificate for a two-night stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville West.

The event will be held at Waynesville Recreation Center from 5:30-8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.

This event benefits Medical Patient Modesty. Doors will open to public at 5:30 p.m. Come find amazing deals on items including tickets to various attractions, gift certificates for various restaurants, shops, and hotels in getaway cities such as Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Gatlinburg, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, and so much more. Starting minimum bids for many of the items are 50 percent off their full value.

The silent auction winners will be announced at approximately 7:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy taking vacations and looking for bargains.

Advance tickets are on sale now for $20 online at http://tasteoflocalfood.com/Waynesville/tickets.aspx.
