ASHEVILLE — The Night Flight evening footrace put on by Highland Brewing returns after a year’s slumber on Saturday, July 17.
Glow swag will be provided, dressing up is always encouraged, and there will be a beer waiting for you at the finish line.
The 4.5-mile East Asheville course will take runners through the Asheville Golf Course, through the Beverly Hills neighborhood (where you will be showered with cheers, and maybe sprinklers, from the residents), and past the WNC Nature Center before finishing back at Highland Brewing Company.
This year’s post-race party and awards ceremony will be at the Meadow. The 27th and 270th finisher will receive a prize pack from Highland Brewing Company in honor of their 27th anniversary.
Race starts at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $43. 100% of race proceeds go to the development of greenways in Asheville and Buncombe County. Produced by Glory Hound Events.
