WAYNESVILLE — Wanna introduce your kids to fishing, but don't have a pole and don't know how? Solved.

Come to the free family fishing clinic held at the Mountain Research Station in Waynesville from 10 a.m.-noon on Friday, July 16, hosted by the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission.

The pond at the test farm will be generously stocked with catfish for the session. Bait, fishing poles and instruction will be provided, but bring a cooler if you want to take your fish home.
